Chapel Street
Formerly part of the MOD Naval enclave, the Chapel Street site began its regeneration in 2005 under the control of English Partnerships, as the Homes England was then known.
Developed by Redrow, the Chapel Street site delivers a vibrant place based on the original pre-war street pattern and encompassing historic structures. Various architects were used on each successive phase with Thrive completing the final phase. This variety of architectural approach has contributed to the success of this important regeneration project and we are very pleased to have contributed to this successful and important regeneration project.
