Lime Tree Village
Thrive were appointed to design an extension to the existing Lime Tree Retirement Village, Rugby and to upgrade the existing village and facilities to a full Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
The new facilities include:70 extra care cottages and extensions and upgrades to the existing communal facilities including multi-use village hall, bar, restaurant, shop, and laundry facilities. Our services included: A full planning application and subsequent detailed design information and site support for Design & Build procurement. Thrive also acted as sustainability consultants, preparing the Energy strategy, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable homes assessments.
