Latest Progress at Aurum Green
Tom Dore, Associate Director for Thrive Architects was pleased to see construction progressing well on site at Aurum Green, a development of 130 units for our client Woh Hup in conjunction with Project Managers, Lawrence Foote & Partners & Contractors, Millgrove Construction.

Aurum Green is located to the north west of Chineham on the urban edge of the town and acts as a transition from the existing developments to the open countryside to the north.
Thrive Architects have provided a complete service for this project, firstly achieving Reserved Matters Approval in March 2017, followed by providing full working drawing packages, SAP calculations and ongoing support to the site team.
On his recent site visit Tom was very impressed with the completed plots within the sales area which give a flavour of the quality of the scheme to come.
