Senior Architectural Technician (Technical)

Thrive are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Technician to join our dynamic Technical Team. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will have a keen interest and experience in producing technical drawings for residential projects, utilising software tools such as AutoCAD and REVIT.

The role will involve interpreting client briefs and the production of working drawings and technical documents while complying with the latest legislation, as well as dealing with the day-to-day delegation of projects to technicians and overseeing timescales & quality control while liaising with clients and external parties.

Key Attributes & Skills Needed

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience (UK based) working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders
• Sound technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT is essential
• Sound knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) & NDSS
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Desire to progress and attend CPD
