Moat Park, Great Dunmow
Moat Park, located in rolling countryside near Great Dunmow, consists of a development of 9 extra-care cottages and a single storey extension to the existing club house facilities in the already established retirement village.
The extension provided much needed additional reception space for the existing and new residents of the village. The design is sympathetic to the surrounding countryside vernacular and existing care home and apartments. The cottages are nestled into the expansive grounds of the village providing a unique combination of seclusion and village life.
