Architectural Designer / Technician

Due to increased workload, our Design and Build Team are looking for a talented Architectural Designer / Technician.  This is an exciting role for anyone who has a passion and interest in working on a wide range of bespoke projects.

Summary of Role

The role involves managing a project combining architecture and urban design from concept to handover while being sympathetic to the client brief.

Working with a wider team, this person will manage delegated projects including overseeing timescales and client liaison.

Key Attributes & Skills Needed

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience (UK based) projects
• High proficiency in Revit (ideally 4 years experience), including content and family creation, variety of building/construction types
• Keen interest in Architectural design including the production of Stage 0-3 planning drawings, sketches, schematics
• Large scale construction detailing, production of working drawings (Stage 4-6 preferable)
• Ability to work independently and within the team
• Proficient communicator both verbally and written
