New Homes at Victoria Ground, Stoke-on-Trent

The Phase 1 proposal of the former Stoke City FC Victoria Ground land in Stoke-on-Trent, designed by Thrive Architects in Romsey on behalf of St Modwen Homes, is rapidly taking shape following Planning Approval in September 2017.

Comprising of 130 new family houses with gardens, the proposal provides much needed urban regeneration and sustainable houses in the Stoke city centre.

The proposal makes good use of previously developed brownfield land, creating an attractive and desirable place to live. This new development, in Stoke, provides new footpaths through previously inaccessible land to the town centre to the north and Stoke Minster Primary School.

Phase 2 for the land to the east will provide up to 70 new homes. A new linear park of Public Open Space, on the line of an existing culvert, which creates a new river frontage to the River Trent; enhancing amenity with new sports pitches and create a green space with ecological enhancements at the close to the city centre.
