Chris Ingram enjoyed his site visit of Boorley Green Phase 1 last week. Having been involved since the Outline Planning in 2013, and the Reserved Matters Application in 2016 on behalf of Bloor Homes, Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, he often visits to review progress.
Boorley Green. Phase 1:
(Site Visit 3rd August 2018)
On 28th November 2013 Eastleigh Borough Council voted to approve Outline Planning Consent for the Boorley Green site. This established the principle of the development of the site to provide up to 1400 new homes with vehicular access from Winchester Road and Maddoxford Lane.
A Reserved Matters application was submitted on behalf of Bloor Homes, Linden Homes and Bovis Homes for the first phase of the development comprising 441 dwellings. Approval was received on 6th May 2016.
Our Associate Director Chris Ingram has been involved in the project from the start of the Reserved Matters process. Living locally to the development, he often takes the opportunity to visit the site to review progress. It’s always rewarding to see a scheme develop and establish into a new community.
