Enterprise Hub & Home Offices, Wilton Civic Core
The Enterprise Hub and Home offices/ Studios form the centrepiece of the new Wilton Civic Core which is situated at the heart of the new 350 home neighbourhood close to Wilton House.
The design of the houses reflects the architectural character of the yellow brick / flint houses in Wilton and the 1930s arts and crafts red brick and render of 1930s Salisbury, both of which form distinct residential character areas.
The Civic Core provides community buildings including a café and Veterans accommodation alongside the Enterprise Hub which provides small units in a community setting for young start-up businesses with the Live / Work for ex-servicemen who need to find a way in civilian life.
